Jessie-Lynn is a mental health and well-being consultant, educator, and facilitator. She helps her clients uncover and embrace their potential for living a life well-lived both personally and professionally.

She is passionate about helping people understand the power of investing in their own mental health. She works with individuals who are hiding behind a mask of fear, self-judgment or doubt, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in search for more out of themselves, their relationships or their lives.

She loves helping children and youth uncover their innate resilience and wellbeing. She is currently working on a special project – Be You. Be You is a multi-dimensional project to empower and inspire women and children to understand and embrace the root cause of their mental health and wellbeing.

Her mission is to create an engaged and inspired global community by empowering women and children to be the best version of themselves in every aspect of their life.

In this podcast, I’m delighted to be going off the rails with Annie Romanos as we explore the importance of starting with WHO you truly are when creating a life and business you love.

Annie helps women with service businesses and personal brands, to increase their impact and their income.

She has a Masters in Development and is a certified Strengths coach, having spent over 10 years as both student and practitioner of numerous courses, intensives, workshops and coach trainings, most recently with the likes of master coaches Jamie Smart and Rich Litvin.

Annie’s no b/s approach helps her clients see their brilliance, uniqueness, value, and power, to grow phenomenal businesses which are 100% them. Her latest project is a podcast called Start With Who™, and she believes that every single business worth having starts with who you really are.

Annie lives by the sea on the Kapiti coast of New Zealand with her lap cat, 3 children and husband. Annie’s idea of a holiday is attending coaching intensives and professional development courses, anywhere on the planet.

I have the absolute pleasure of talking with Ali Baker in this week’s podcast. Ali is a homeopath, a teacher, mother of identical twins and coach to women wanting to reconnect with themselves and love their body again, or perhaps for the first time. In the episode we go off the rails and talk intuition and the power in trusting ourselves, starting by listening to our bodies.

Ali Baker is a holistic intuitive coach working with the Divine Feminine energy empowering women to re-find their flow via the menstrual cycle and reclaim their inner wild power. As a fully qualified homeopath, she uses remedies and flower essences to support transformation as well as creative dance. Ali also facilitates a variety of groups with an online monthly Red Tent and a variety of in-person workshops on the intuition, vision boards, well being and meditation.

She created the Warrior Woman Project back in 2014 after identifying that much of her own journey resonated with other women who were feeling stuck or lost in their own worlds. Jen helps them work out what it is they want in life, who they truly are and what they are truly capable of, working from a place of self-love.
With a background in fitness, nutrition, NLP, massage, Pilates, Yoga, meditation and coaching she has a wide and varied approach to helping women heal.
